Two days, start to finish.

Friday is for forming teams, locking in a problem and getting the first version working. Saturday is for finishing, pitching and awards. Times are indicative and will be confirmed with the venue closer to the event.

Friday 16 April

Day one: kick-off and first build
Check-in and set-up Badges, Wi-Fi, find a table
Opening and briefing Rules, judging criteria, what a good outcome looks like
Problem statements Briefs for all four tracks, plus open pitches
Team formation Three to five people, balanced skills
Idea validation and lock-in Mentor feedback, scope and plan for the two days

Build session one Design, first working screens, core logic
Mentor rounds Every team gets a technical and a business review
Day one checkpoint Two minutes per team: what works, what is left

Saturday 17 April

Day two: finish, pitch, awards
Doors open
Build session two Testing, refinement, demo preparation
Pitch workshop Problem, solution, market, demo, ask
Demo readiness check Dry run in front of a mentor

Pitch presentations Five-minute pitch, three minutes of questions
